Michal Kleiner 0e4c189030 Allow for marketplace provided plugin cover images (#21879 )

* Replace usage of 'preview' with 'cover' for plugin images and categories to reflect changes in marketplace
* Use marketplace provided cover image if available and restrict its dimensions in template
* Reformat test resources for better legibility and easier changes (no content changes)
* Replace marketplace cover image path with a local path for UI tests
* Use blue Matomo plugin cover image only for paid Matomo plugins
* Update method names in tests config to better reflect their purpose
* Add cover image and category to test data
* Update tests, test data and UI screenshots
* Update plugin category to use non-default category image in tests
